During periods of high interest, occupancy levels were very strong, but outside the peak season achieving satisfactory results required greater pricing flexibility.
Rate management had previously been handled manually, which was time-consuming and limited the speed of reaction to changing market conditions. With growing competition from both SPA hotels and independent short-term rental apartments, it became necessary to implement a tool that would allow the property to better utilize its potential throughout the year.
