The hotel offers 80 comfortable and elegantly designed rooms and suites, featuring subtle and distinctive interiors, as well as intimate conference and banquet facilities and a charming restaurant with an excellent menu based on regional products. Challenge: rapid demand changes
Wrocław is a dynamically developing hotel market, with many branded and independent properties competing side by side. This results in increased pressure on pricing, promotions, and guest expectations. The team did not want to lose revenue due to limited ability to respond quickly to fluctuating demand.
In city hotels—especially boutique properties—demand can change rapidly (e.g. weekends, city events, trade fairs). Without a properly automated Revenue Management System (RMS), it can be difficult to maximize both occupancy and ADR.

After implementing proRMS, the hotel attracted significantly more guests by utilizing available rooms more effectively, while also improving the average room rate—thereby increasing the unit value of sales. Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) increased as a result of the synergy between higher occupancy and a stronger ADR. This growth clearly indicates a substantial improvement in the hotel’s revenue efficiency.
