For years, the hotel team relied on manual analyses and spreadsheets. Pricing decisions were based mainly on intuition and market observation, which was time-consuming and not always effective. With growing competition and increasing demand volatility, there was a clear need for a system that would enable faster, better, and data-driven decision-making.
