Automated data analysis and ongoing pricing recommendations enabled the property to respond dynamically to changes in demand—an essential capability in a highly seasonal destination. With a more flexible pricing strategy and better demand utilization, the hotel increased occupancy and revenue while maintaining—or in some periods improving—the average room rate.
