Automated Revenue Management: implementation of the proRMS system

The implementation of proRMS enabled the hotel to move from an intuition-based approach to a data-driven revenue management model.
Thanks to automated analytics and regular pricing recommendations, the hotel gained the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand, which is particularly important for properties operating in highly seasonal destinations.
After implementing proRMS, the system helped optimize pricing strategies to effectively increase occupancy during weaker demand periods while maintaining profitability during high-demand seasons. In addition, automated reporting reduced the operational workload of the team, allowing them to focus more on strategic activities.
The implementation of the proRMS system allowed us to streamline our pricing management process and better adapt rates to fluctuating demand. Thanks to the system’s recommendations and automated analytics, we can act faster and more efficiently, which is particularly important for a hotel operating in a tourist destination. Our team’s work has become more structured, and decisions are now based on data and forecasts rather than solely on experience.
