The Qualpro Academy
The Qualpro Academy brings together and continuously expands a community of experts from various fields of hotel management. Our consultants are practitioners who are actively involved in developing modern techniques and processes, as well as implementing innovative systems in the hospitality industry.

The Qualpro Academy for Managers
Training sessions and courses for hotel directors are not dedicated exclusively to this group. Every month, we publish new training programs for hotel employees at different levels, enabling them to acquire new skills, expand their competencies, take care of their professional development, and thus increase their competitiveness and value on the job market.
Online training for hospitality professionals as well as on-site hotel training sessions are regularly updated, with new courses added on a continuous basis. Economics in hospitality is extremely important, which is why hotel accounting and the USALI system are analyzed in detail in dedicated training programs. Without the right tools, it’s hard to move forward—this is why you will also find a basic Excel course for hotels or practical guidance on using an RMS system.
